Working with Nick Brown and SalesCU was a pleasant and easy experience. Nick is very responsive and worked with us to build communication pieces for our members. His approach is people-focused and not product focus and his style of training is instructive and supportive. We were able to provide our credit union members with an additional sales training resource that was focused on relationships and specifically credit unions. Regarding the sessions themselves, comments from attendees included, “I found the training very beneficial for front line staff and supervisors” and “You are an excellent trainer/facilitator”.
