30-Minute Training 

This training will focus on developing skills necessary for successful outbound and inbound calling including differences in components of communication, time allotments and immediacy when communicating online and over the phone, including proper voice elements over the phone, adjusting for time, if/then commitments, and the process of introduction, permissions and mindset in outbound calling.
