  • QUARTERLY TRAINER CALLS 

  • CERTIFICATION FOR 2 TRAINERS–REQUIRED (ADDITIONAL TRAINERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.) 

  • SALES INTENSIVE AND TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM CERTIFICATIONS 

  • TWO PRE-CERTIFICATION CALLS WITH OUR MASTER TRAINER 

  • PROGRAM LICENSING FOR ONE YEAR

  • APPROXIMATELY 50% SAVINGS TO CERTIFY YOUR OWN TRAINERS VS. HAVING OUR TEAM COME IN AND TRAIN YOUR TEAM FOR YOU. 

  • MORE FLEXIBILITY FOR CREDIT UNIONS TO RECEIVE SALES TRAINING:

– HOLD TRAINING AT ANY TIME (90-DAY ONBOARDING)

– CUSTOMIZE HOW THE PROGRAM IS EXECUTED INTERNALLY

– BREAK UP THE PROGRAM HOW YOU WANT.

– ABILITY TO INTEGRATE THE TRAINING INTO OTHER WORKSHOPS

  • THE BASE CERTIFICATION FEE IS THE COST OF CERTIFYING TWO TRAINERS IN THE CREDIT UNION (It is required that two trainers recieve certification in this program.)  
  • THE ANNUAL LICENSING FEE AND THE MATERIALS FEE ARE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES TO BE CERTIFIED AND TRAINED.
  • MATERIALS FEE INCLUDES ALL WORKBOOKS, A SURPASS CARD, AND ACCESS TO ALL ONLINE COURSES. 
  • THREE SEPARATE COURSES ARE AVAILABLE FOR EMPLOYEE CERTIFICATION AFTER TRAINER IS CERTIFIED: SALES FUNDAMENTALS, ADVANCED SALES SKILLS, TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP TRAINING
  • THE LICENSING AGREEMENT WILL BE RENEWED ANNUALLY.
